Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore) We offer standard local delivery within Singapore. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after processing. Free shipping is available on orders above a minimum spend (subject to ongoing promotions).

International Shipping We currently ship to selected countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on location.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order status.

Customs & Duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Delays & Exceptions We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
